Once accepted into RIT, I was required to have a 35mm camera for school. I decided to buy an Olympus OM-1 with a 50mm f1.8 lens. The OM-1 was a nice light, compact 35mm camera with some very good optics. I became interested in nature and landscape photography while at RIT. I still enjoy that type of photography to this day. My first trip with my new camera was back "home" to Maine in July 1976, to bring back some images of my favorite places. Below are a few photos from that trip.
