Nearly two years after we filmed "Split Screen", Chet had finished editing our film and produced an fantastic orchestral score with the Cleveland School of Music. It was a beautiful, jazzy score with a soulful sax carrying much of the load.
One of my co-workers suggested I enter the film in the Movies on a Shoestring Film Festival, which truly was an international film fest. We submiited the film and we won the award in 1982. As you can see below I still have my award.
