My supervisor's supervisor, Carl, came into my office one day unexpectedly and told me that we were going on a trip to Boston. He said he was taking me to visit the MIT Media Lab. I believe they wanted to expose me to some of the latest technical developments at the Media Lab
It was a fantastic visit. I met so many people doing some very interesting projects. I saw early insect like robots, augmented and virtual reality headsets, and much more. Many of the things I saw are now common products today. I felt I might have fit in there at the Lab, it looked like alot of fun solving those kinds of problems.
